It’s a cafe with all my favourite things...books, clothes & coffee.

Trust me, you need to try to check it out but keep in mind that the menu is limited no cakes or anything fancy.

I want to open up a cafe like this one day...

My Sunday coffee session : Niniq Bistro

When my cousin suggested Niniq Bistro for our coffee session, I was in and I’m in love with the cakes. Well... who doesn't love pretty yummy cakes *pointing at myself*. :-)

I have sleepy bags under my eyes...haih this is not cool!  ;-(

Tired of listening of me nagging and giggling, she (my cousin's Hadifah) needed tweet-ing distraction time... haih.. -______-

Hello JPO!

I had the opportunity to visit JPO (Johor Premium Outlets) I spent about 3 hours or probably more exploring some of the shops. The place was no longer crowded as I heard it during the early few months of operations.  Yup I just had a chance to explore it....call me a late bird but at least better late than nothing right?

It was a nice comfortable place to shop. Plenty of parking space, rest area, benches and eating places for you to just relax or watching people madly shopping! The collection is obviously not the latest ones. But some of the shop they do offers last season’s collection for a good price. It was a nice weather when I went, it was not too hot and it was not raining.

Coffee Dose

Check out me and my cousin with my obsession of coffee.

One of us craves for a delicious cup of coffee.  I can’t seem to remember who it was? (It might be me or her...well does it matter? ;-P)   We kind of bored of having coffee at Starbucks or The Coffee Beans.  So we found ourselves at a newly opened cafe Chaiwalla& Co where they make  variety of coffee, tea and pie .  I’m in love with their milk tea  and their beef pie. Plus I like the style of this cafe. It’s not just any ordinary cafe but it is a container coffee. ..yeah i know! interesting right?

My cousin ordered Vietnamese Coffee. 
Yeah now u know .....she was the one who craved for it. Not me I ordered tea.... :-P

Puteri Harbour (Nusajaya)~ Part 2

No planning, no guidebooks, I  just bring my camera & enjoying the scenery of Puteri Harbour. 

Utter bliss. 

Yes! yes! yes! It's very easy to make me happy. :)

When the sun shines on the harbour....oh boy I could feel the heat!

I practically never took off my shades. 
The weather was nice & breezy but still the sun shining bright. 
*Well, I'm just  giving you guys extra information. Seriously I'm not complaining ;-p*

 I recommend you guys to visit the harbour in the morning or evening times so you guys could enjoy it more. 

What? No running & No playing....Duhh., You Not FUN!!

Puteri Harbour (Nusajaya) -Part 1

I need a relaxing weekend so we unwind & relaxed at Puteri Harbour.  Our time there was all about simple, leisure & pleasures.  We went around the harbour, sipping coffee, having breakfast while enjoying the view.  It's a nice place to hang out with friends and family. There is even Hello Kitty Museum around that area which I haven't had a chance to discover yet. If you  want a quick getaway, I recommend you to come here.

 I love the idea of dressing for my destination. To me, it makes the moment extra special.

JB Writers & Readers Festival 2012

Hi Lovelies!

  Hello...hello weekend again!' 

 I hope you guys enjoyed your weekend as much as I do.

Last Sunday during Malaysia's Day  Weekend, I headed over to Bukit Timbalan for JB Writers & Readers Festival to check out books written by independent authors/ Indie writers. I’ve always been a fan of books & it been a long time I didn’t read any of Malay books/novel. I used to love reading novels by A. Samad Said & Arena Wati.  Then when I started  college & university, I’m more obsess  with English reading materials, I guess it because it's much more socially acceptable  & I'm expose to that.

However last few months, when my cousin, Hadifah (Her blog post about JBWRF here)  introduced me with these two local indie books which were FreeCabi written by FikriKacak & Paus Gagal written by Tok Rimau.  I just felt in love reading Malay books again.  

When I start reading these indie books, I keep saying to myself ‘Oh my goodness, these guys are amazing. It was something different yet entertaining.’ I read them just within an hour. Both of the books are full of  sense of humour & surprisingly it is very interesting to read ( u won't get bored...trust me darling!). I recommend u guys to read it too. ;)  So feel free to Purchase Online MoquePress

Then from there, I started looking for books wrote by independent author. By now I did read few books by indie writers such as Awak Part 1 & 2 by FikriKacak, Gasak which is a collection of short stories from few indie writers & Zine Skandal

I could say that I’m proud of these bunches of Independent authors. They are brilliant! To me people who can write are like people who can do maths you either can or you can’t, as simple as that.
