How to avoid flu fast

· Stay away from people with flu. Avoid sneezing, coughing and sniffing friends

· Keep your hands clean and keep away from your eyes, nose and mouth to avoid spreading any germs you may have accidentally made contact with.

· Drinks a lot of water and eat plenty of healthy food.

· Throw some fruits or dry fruits into your desserts.

· Increase your vitamin intake if you are worried that you are coming down with something.

· Do as your mother always remind you, eat your greens.

· Exercise, be it walking, stretching, running and swimming.

What do you want your style to say about you? It can be anything from ‘I am sophisticated and elegant’ to ‘I am fun and loving’. Don’t think that you have to stick with one style. You could mix your style depends on your mood. Never become married with one look or one colours for too long. It’s more that happy!
